Laundry and Prep

  • Remove all clothes from closets and dressers. Apply appropriate heat

  • Remove and apply appropriate heat to washable linens

House Prep

  • Vacuum seams, top and bottom surfaces of mattress, and box spring

  • Vacuum all rooms, even around baseboards

  • Vacuum seams and surface of all upholstery (sofas, chair, ect.).​

Moving Furniture

  • Move all furniture 1 - 2 ft away from the walls

  • Stand mattresses and box springs against walls

  • Remove all wall hangings and place in center of the room
